Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Fixers in Greece ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Fixers in Greece provides film and video production services including but not limited to:

• Location scouting and management
• Film permit acquisition
• Crew hiring and coordination
• Equipment rental facilitation
• Production support services
• Local fixing and logistics

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain necessary insurances for your production
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Respect local customs and regulations in Greece

4. Booking and Cancellation

Booking

Services are confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement and required deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before production: Full refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before production: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before production: No refund
• Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required upon booking confirmation
• Balance due before or on first day of production
• Additional costs incurred during production are payable immediately
• Late payments subject to 2% monthly interest

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the production remain with the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use production stills and behind-the-scenes content for our portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not liable for:

• Weather-related delays or cancellations
• Third-party service failures
• Force majeure events
• Consequential or indirect damages

Client agrees to indemnify us against all claims arising from the production.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive project information, including but not limited to scripts, budgets, and production details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
